Preparing for AM: Analysis and testing using certified methods

During the consulting phase that takes place prior to the start of ongoing operations, T-Systems deploys its own procedural model, AMbition. This model is the result of many years’ experience in operating applications for companies large and small in line with ITIL. It makes use of the same methods, processes and tools around the world for analysis, design and planning, and is suitable for SAP applications, standard applications, and custom software.

T-Systems can also perform a quick check using AMbition Quickscan, a “no-frills” AMbition analysis. This examines the application landscape and ITIL processes within a 14-day timeframe, and can identify potential savings of around five percent.
